Description: In an effort to promote and support podcating within the district, an online tutorial was created using Camtasia. The tutorial covers podcasting from start to finish...which includes: preparing, planning, recording, publishing and promoting a podcast.

Description: With the passing of the 2007 Bond initiative, Spring Branch ISD began work towards installing ACTIVboards in each classroom. One of the resources provided to the teachers was a way to upload, download and share Flipchart lessons. An online website was created for teachers to do just that using free CMS software, Drupal.

Project: Online Blogging Community
Software Used: WordPress Multi User (WPMU)

Description: Another Web 2.0 tool the Ed Tech Department wanted to promote and support was blogging. To do that, the department created an online blogging community specifically for Spring Branch employees using the WordPress Multi-User platform.
