Morgue File - This is a GREAT site for finding photos that are copyright free. All photos on this site are under the Creative Commons license. The site was created for schools and teachers, so they try to keep all content suitable for children.

Creative Common on Flickr - Many Flickr users have chosen to offer their work under a Creative Commons license, and you can browse or search through content under each type of license.
